1. Products

Nammapannai offers products across categories including livestock, poultry, health and nutrition products, vegetables and fruits, exotic pets and other farm, food, wellness and related products. Availability may vary depending on stock, season, location, delivery feasibility and applicable restrictions. Product photographs are representative wherever applicable. Natural, agricultural and live products may vary in size, appearance, colour, weight or other characteristics.

2. Pricing & Taxes

Product prices displayed on the portal are applicable at the time an order is placed. Prices may be changed without prior notice before an order is confirmed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the ordering or checkout process.

3. Orders

An order is considered confirmed after successful placement and applicable payment confirmation. Kalgreen Agri Farms and Nursery reserves the right to reject or cancel an order due to product unavailability, delivery restrictions, incorrect pricing or product information, payment failure, incorrect or incomplete customer information, regulatory or operational restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payments

Nammapannai may accept payments through available methods including cards, UPI, net banking, wallets or other payment methods supported by the authorised payment gateway. Customers must provide accurate billing and transaction information. Successful payment does not override product availability, delivery restrictions or other conditions stated on the portal.

5. Cancellation

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the nature of the product. Orders involving live animals, poultry, exotic pets, customised or prepared products or highly perishable goods may become non-cancellable once procurement, preparation, processing or dispatch has commenced. Where an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery availability and timelines depend on the product category, destination and logistics feasibility. Live animals, poultry, exotic pets and perishable products may follow specialised delivery arrangements and may not be available for delivery to every location. 7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Different product categories have different eligibility conditions because Nammapannai deals with live, customised and perishable products in addition to regular packaged goods. Customers must refer to the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy before placing an order.

8. Customer Responsibility for Live Products

For livestock, poultry and exotic pets, customers are responsible for providing appropriate environmental conditions, feeding, handling and care following delivery. Health or behavioural changes arising after delivery due to transportation stress, climate, feeding, handling or environmental conditions will be assessed according to the applicable return/replacement conditions.

9. Accuracy of Information

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Kalgreen Agri Farms and Nursery will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

Nammapannai branding, website content, graphics, product photographs, text and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without appropriate permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable law, liability relating to a particular order shall generally be limited to the value of the affected product or order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection and other laws, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Tamil Nadu.
